f you're craving bold flavors and a fantastic atmosphere, Hattie B's Hot Chicken inside The Cosmopolitan is a must-visit! We ordered the 3 Jumbo Chicken Tenders with a side of Mac n Cheese, and both were absolutely phenomenal. The chicken was perfectly crispy, juicy, and packed with the right amount of heat (we went with the medium spice level), while the Mac n Cheese was creamy, rich, and the ultimate comfort food pairing. It's a cozy, vibrant space with a welcoming vibe that fits perfectly within The Cosmopolitan's lively setting. Despite its smaller size, the atmosphere is electric with great music, friendly staff, and an overall inviting energy. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite before hitting the casino or looking for a casual but unforgettable dining experience, Hattie B's delivers on all fronts. We'll definitely be back for more hot chicken goodness next time we're in Vegas!

Not to be dramatic but this is the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. I stumbled upon Hattie B's in the food court looking area of Cosmopolitan while walking down the Strip. I was feeling a sandwich and this line was a little long which I took as a good sign lol. Line moved pretty quick and there is a couple different places to sit within this food court and outside as well. Now the sandwich itself -- I honestly don't have words. I have a high spice tolerance, but ordered medium spice and it was pretty hot. The chicken was tender, juicy and perfectly crispy. The bread was crisp and the pickles + sauce brought the whole thing together. They have a couple side options but I kept it classic with crinkle cut fries, also delicious. Overall this was a 10/10 meal and I will most definitely be back here on my next Vegas trip

When in Vega, this is a must try...This place was amazing. Located in the district area on second floor of the Cosmopolitan. Chicken and sides were delicious! I tried the "damn-hot" on a dare from the staff....man, was it damn hot !!! Everyone like their meals and the portions are generous. they feature bold flavors at a variety of heat levels. Chicken is still as great as ever. Prices have gone up - only 1 side versus 2 is included with a half bird. The food is so great, expect to stand in a long line. It does move pretty quickly.

Solid eatery in The District area on second floor of the Cosmopolitan. You want hot fried chicken. You got it. You want some grease to go with those beverages you've been chugging at the tables. You got it. Need something spicy? Savory? Just have a craving for some southern style fried chicken tenders? Hattie got you covered. Be prepared to burn the very skin off your mouth if you dare get into that basket of chicken too soon. You been warned son....you let that cool. Somebody open a window. It's hot up in here.

3.5 STARS Monday, May 30th, 2022 - around 9:15pm *1/2 Bird: STCU, Fries, Greens, Ranch ($19) Sunday, April 9th, 2023 - around 1pm *Tenders Plate ($15) Normally, when we go to Vegas, the hubby and I stay at The Cosmo. (He likes the balconies.) On two occasions we've decided to grab food from Hattie B's. In 2022, we were creating a buffet of sorts from the food court for dinner. I believe we got the highest spice - Shut The Cluck Up - and it was pretty spicy. (I like my heat and don't find most things spicy.) The 2023 visit was from the Sportsbook at The Cosmo. The hubs and i were watching the Warriors game and decided to order a snack for lunch. I again ordered the chicken at STCU spicy. If memory serves, it was a little more mellow this time, but still a good amount of heat. Both times we got the same sides - collards greens and french fries. They were fine. I recall the greens being a lil mushy. Good option if staying at The Cosmopolitan and craving some spice with your fried chicken. REVIEW #3633

Chicken is still as great as ever. Prices have gone up - only 1 side versus 2 is included with a half bird. Whether you get decent fries or a lot of fries or a little is up in the air and varies with each order. If the fries are freshly made will be good. If old and sitting in the bin for a while, not so good. And we've received orders with large amounts of fries and orders with barely any. No consistency. As far as the chicken no complaints lately. Delicious plump and as spicy as you want it to be. It is best if freshly made and hasn't been sitting in the tray too long. Over all Hattie B's remains the best fried chicken around.

I wanted to try this Nashville fried chicken place after getting some amazing fried chicken in Texas. I got the small dark that comes with one side. The chicken was nice and crispy, not dry at all. It wasn't the biggest portion size but does fill you up if you're not starving. It was seasoned nicely and I got the comeback sauce which is a spicy mayo to pair it with. It wasn't as good as the ones I had in Texas but not bad at all. The potato salad was delicious and creamy. It also comes with a piece of toast. This was located in the Cosmopolitan and a solid food choice that won't break the bank when you're on the strip.

All I can say is YUM! After my first initial taste of Hattie's in Nashville and telling my husband how amazing it was, he opted to eat here not once, but twice during our recent trip to Vegas. The menu seems to differ at each location, but this spot offered the OG classics, wings, tenders and more! Both times he opted for the traditional chicken sandwich - first with fries and second, fried pickles, coleslaw and more fries :) Each time, he ordered it "medium" and both times my mouth was left hot and watering, because YUM! The chicken was perfectly breaded, fried and piled high with fixin's on a freshly baked bun and WOW. So so good! When at the Cosmo, eat at Hattie's!
